You can configure Contact types used by the Visual Intercept Manager. From the Menu bar, click Edit, click Configure, and then click the Contact tab.
You can configure Incident attribute parameters. From the Menu bar, click Edit, click Configure, and then click the appropriate attribute tab (Severity, Category, Priority, and Status).
To change a User's password, fetch a User document from the data source, click Actions from the Menu bar, and then click Change Password.
User privileges are cumulative. To limit user privileges at a specific project, you should limit privileges in all higher (parent) projects.
You should change the password for the Administrator as soon as possible.
You can configure the relationships among attached documents. From the Menu bar, click Edit, click Configure, and then click the Related tab.
You can define a set of document privileges by creating a Group document. Each Group document defines the four types of privileges (Insert, Delete, Update, and Refresh) for each of the Visual Intercept Manager Groups (Incident, Project, Contact, and Account).
To define a Visual Intercept user's privileges, attach a Project document and related security Group document to a User document.
Context sensitive help is available. Just click the arrow/question mark button and then click in the area where you desire help.
You can export an entire Visual Intercept database. From the Menu bar, click File, click Export, and then select Visual Intercept from the Data Set drop-down list.
